Version 1.0 | Last updated: July 27, 2026
Introduction
Aurella AI and its products, applications, software, platforms, and related features (collectively, the "Services") are operated by JiuChuang TianXia Technology Limited. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, protect, and otherwise process personal data when you access or use the Services. If you do not agree with this Policy, do not use the Services.
1. Personal Data We Collect and Use
1.1 Data You Provide
When you register or sign in, we may collect your email address, account identifier, nickname, and account information you choose to provide. When you use Google Sign-In, we receive the Google account identifier, name, email address, profile-image URL, and authentication information necessary to verify and link your account. We do not receive your Google password.
When you use AI functions, we process prompts you submit, images you choose to upload or capture with the camera, generated images or videos, file name, file type, file size, and technical information related to the generation task. We process only images you actively select for a particular function.
1.2 Data Collected Automatically
To provide, protect, and improve the Services, we may collect device and app information, such as device model, operating-system version, app version, language, time zone, and settings; device or installation identifiers, such as OAID where supported, Android ID, or a locally generated installation identifier; user agent; IP address; network type and status; usage data; crash or error logs; request status; latency; and other performance-diagnostic information. We do not use OAID or Android ID for personalized advertising or cross-app advertising tracking.
If you purchase a subscription or digital item through Google Play, we process the product identifier, purchase token, order identifier, purchase or subscription status, transaction time, and related technical information to verify purchases, deliver benefits, restore purchases, document transactions, and prevent fraud. Google Play processes your payment-card or bank-account information directly; we do not receive or store complete payment credentials.
1.3 Purposes of Use
We use personal data to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, provide AI generation and editing, store and deliver your content, process subscriptions, maintain the Services, keep them secure, prevent abuse and fraud, troubleshoot problems, respond to requests, comply with law, and protect the rights of users and the Company. We do not use your prompts, uploaded images, or generated content to train general AI models.
2. Entrusting, Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure
We do not sell personal data. To provide the requested Services, we may disclose necessary data to: Google LLC for Google Sign-In and Google Play purchases; Tencent Cloud Computing (Beijing) Co., Ltd. for Tencent Cloud Object Storage (COS), which uploads, stores, and retrieves images you select; the Tencent Beacon performance-monitoring component for COS-request performance and failure diagnostics; and service providers necessary for infrastructure, security, or technical support.
Where applicable, we require service providers that process data on our behalf to process it only for the purposes described in this Policy and to apply appropriate safeguards. A provider may process data as an independent controller where necessary to operate its own service, such as Google processing Google Account sign-in or Google Play payments; its own privacy policy then applies. We may also disclose data where required by law, a valid governmental request, fraud or security prevention, enforcement of our agreements, or protection of rights and safety.
3. Data Security and Retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted transmission, access controls, and permission management where appropriate. Data transmitted to our servers, Google services, or Tencent COS uses HTTPS or another supported encrypted transport mechanism. No method of transmission or storage is absolutely secure.
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the relevant function, maintain an account, complete and document transactions, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary according to the data type and purpose of processing.
4. How You Can Manage Personal Data
To the extent provided by applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data, or withdraw consent. You can delete your account through APP > Profile > Settings > Delete Account, or submit a privacy request to wujingpo32@gmail.com. To protect account security, we may need to verify your identity. We may retain limited information where required by law or necessary for fraud prevention, security, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
Deleting a Aurella AI account does not automatically delete information independently maintained by Google. You can manage information held by Google through your Google Account and Google Play settings.
5. Minors
The Services are intended for users aged 14 and above. We do not knowingly permit a person under 14 to use the Services. If you believe that a child under 14 has provided us with personal data, please contact us at wujingpo32@gmail.com.
6. International Data Transfers
We provide the Services for the Indian market. To operate the Services, personal data may be transferred from your region to, or accessed by, servers, cloud storage, or service providers in the People's Republic of China. We apply appropriate data-protection measures under applicable law and obtain required consent where the law requires it.
7. Cookies and Third-Party Websites
Aurella AI currently has no web version. Accordingly, this Policy does not include rules for website cookies, pixel tags, or similar web-tracking technologies. Where a third-party webpage is displayed in the Services, its content and data processing are governed by that webpage's own terms and privacy policy.
8. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or regulatory requirements. The updated Policy takes effect when posted. Where required by law, we will provide notice or obtain consent.
